About Me

Welcome to a space dedicated to healing, personal growth, and reflection.

My name is Mudya (pronounced Medea), a qualified clinical social worker and a trainee counsellor in the final year of my Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. With nine years of NHS experience across a wide range of mental health presentations, I bring deep clinical expertise, empathy, and insight to my work.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals facing challenges such as psychosis, dual diagnoses, neurodivergence, women’s mental health issues, and the impact of cultural trauma.

I private counselling as part of my professional development, working under the regular supervision of an experienced external supervisor to ensure ethical, thoughtful practice. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive-Behavioural models to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Whether you are seeking therapy or reflective space, I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate meaningful and lasting change.

Let’s embark on this journey together.
